Re-envision the world of group event sales in Napa Valley with the collaboration of Louis M. Martini and Napa Valley Wine Train.

The Napa Valley Wine Train will provide round-trip transportation for a select group of 70 industry insiders from our Train Station on McKinstry St in Napa town to Louis M. Martini Winery. The ride will feature a Louis Martini inspired cocktail, wines, and lite bites en route to our destination. Upon arriving to the winery all guests will disembark to join the wider gathering and at 8p function close, reboard the Napa Valley Wine Train for travel and dessert back to Napa.

During this Season of Giving, please support The Boys and Girls Club of Napa, the Wine Train's holiday Non-Profit partner, by bringing an unwrapped toy or gift for ages 5 - 17.

Important

Each invite requires a separate booking and due to limited capacity cannot extend a +1. If there are 2 parties in your business that have been invited, each will be required to process their own separate booking.

There will not be assigned seating on the train and guests will be sharing tables for both legs of the ride.

5:00 P.M. - Guest Arrival 

5:15 P.M. - Board the Train 

5:30 P.M. - Train Departs for St Helena Featuring Small Bites en Route

6:15 P.M. - Arrive to St Helena

6:15 P.M - 7:45 P.M. - Enjoy Louis M. Martini Winery Party

8:00 P.M. - Depart Louis M. Martini to return to Station in Napa with Dessert

8:45 P.M. - Arrive Napa Valley Wine Train Station

SUGGESTED ATTIRE

We recommend smart casual, think California chic: comfortable, stylish, and relaxed. Dresses, dressy jeans or slacks paired with a nice top, and casual button-downs all fit the vibe perfectly. Layers are a good call, as temperatures can shift throughout the day. While there’s no formal dress code, we do suggest comfortable footwear, especially since you're joining us for a tour, getting off and on the Train, and with a bit of walking and standing. Do not forget your business cards, we hope this is a great networking opportunity for all involved.
